Do I work with a sliding scale-No
Hi, I'm Anchal. I'm a Somatic Sexologist and Holistic Pelvic Care therapist, trained at the Institute of Somatic Sexology in Australia and Beaudoin Bodywork in Canada.
I specialize in relational bodywork, embodied sex and intimacy coaching for individuals and couples, as well as holistic pelvic care treatments.
As a sexologist, my goal is to help you find more balance, freedom, and joy in your sex life. Using somatic embodiment tools, I guide you to develop a deeper connection with your body and sexuality. Together, we work to release shame, conditioning, and unhelpful patterns, opening the door to more pleasure, purpose, and choice in life. I lead with an open heart and facilitate with knowledge, integrity, and wisdom.
Anchal’s Holistic Pelvic Care treatments integrate physiotherapy, gynaecology, and sexology to address pelvic floor dysfunctions such as incontinence, prolapses, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, vaginismus, neuralgia, and the effects of sexual trauma.
She deeply believes in the body’s innate ability to restore balance without invasive surgery, trusting its wisdom and intelligence to heal. As a Somatic Sexologist, Anchal empowers her clients with greater agency around sex and intimacy. Through somatic embodiment practices, she supports individuals in releasing shame, breaking free from conditioning, and shedding unhelpful patterns—opening them to greater pleasure, purpose, and choice. She offers somatic sex coaching for individuals and couples, creating a safe space to explore intimacy with confidence and ease.
She also offers trauma-informed de-armouring, a powerful bodywork practice that uses focused touch, breathwork, and movement to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and expand resilience. By working on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, de-armouring helps clients reclaim their sense of vitality, aliveness, and pleasure, fostering a deeper sense of safety and ease within their bodies. Her work is a sanctuary for those seeking profound healing—whether recovering from pain, reclaiming pleasure, or rediscovering the wisdom of their bodies.
My work as a Holistic Pelvic Therapist combines physiotherapy, somatic bodywork, and applied sexology. I offer remedial treatments for pelvic floor dysfunctions, including prolapses, neuralgia, painful sex, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and vaginismus. Imagine a space where your voice matters, where your experiences are honoured, and where every part of you is seen as a whole. This is where real healing begins—not a quick fix, but a journey of discovery and embracing the parts of you that need to be heard. I’m here to support you, listen, and guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself. Whether you’re exploring your sensuality, reclaiming your pleasure, or seeking holistic healing, your journey starts with being heard.\ Somatic sexology is online and in person. Rest are all in person. Clients can also have a 15 min free discovery call if they are unsure of what treatment to take.

Integrative Women’s Pelvic Care
My work is focussed on women’s pelvic health because I have come to learn how challenging it is for them to secure holistic health care from the established medical and para-medical communities.
I offer treatment programs for women across all ages, especially mothers and post-menopausal women. Treatments are minimum 3 hour long, as I work with the whole body. There is almost always an important external bodywork in addition to the internal bodywork. This can be myofascial, neuromuscular activation and stretching to eliminate pain.
Creating safety in and around our bodies
All external and internal work is consent based.

"Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being in relation to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction, or infirmity," states the World Health Organization's definition.
In addition to the potential for enjoyable and safe sexual encounters, sexual health necessitates a positive and respectful perspective on sexuality and sexual relationships. (WHO, 2006a)
Holistic Womb Healing and Integrated Sexology has been exploring the human sexuality's fundamental essence by utilizing the SPICE* spectrum.
Spiritual, physical, cerebral, artistic/communicative, and emotional
Arousal disorders and imbalances of the womb are two of the most prevalent presenting issues in Gynaecological clinical settings due to trauma.
In a world filled with expectations about how we should feel and act, it’s time to remember your body has its own beautiful story.
Deep within your pelvis lies a well of power, pleasure, and life. It’s been there all along, waiting for you to listen. You are NOT broken. Even in moments of pain or doubt, you are whole, and your body is key
to unlocking that completeness. Imagine a space where your voice matters, where your experiences are honoured, and where every part of you is seen as a whole.
This is where real healing begins—not a quick fix, but a journey of discovery and embracing the parts of you that need to be heard.
Our therapist/healer is here to support you, listen, and guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself. Whether you’re exploring your sensuality, reclaiming your pleasure, or seeking holistic healing, your journey starts with being heard. Let’s begin!
