Welcome to Manushee and thank you for being here.
I am Sunanda Kolhe PhD (Clinical Psychology), trauma and attachment Informed therapist, trained Biology of Trauma Professional, Internal Family System and currently a student of the Somatic Experiencing Practioner program. I specialize and have spent the last decade in treating chronic stress and various forms of trauma in women across their reproductive life span.
As I worked with increasing number of women facing debilitating mental health concerns early on in their lives, I realized that every woman who has suffered psychological, emotional, mental and physiological stress has been waiting to tell a distinctive and unique narrative. Many times it took a lot of effort for them just to take time out for themselves and acknowledging that they needed help.
Trauma is one of the most stigmatized, underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed, and a deeply neglected condition. It has adverse effects an individual’s self-image, how they interact with the world and their relationships with others and themselves. Many a times due to cultural factors, women fail to notice that they have trauma. Most importantly, there is a significant gap between those in need of assistance and the trauma-informed therapists who are qualified to provide care in the right manner and sequence
Drawing from my own and others trauma and attachment healing journey and needs, I found myself extremely driven and passionate to create a space where the right kind of help and guidance is available easily, holistically and safely.
We are the first women-centric mental health platform, providing integrative care and safe, overall guidance and the correct sequence to help women address accumulated stress and trauma in their nervous systems and bodies and enabling them towards change, growth and transformation.

Prolonged periods of stress, anxiety, and intense worry can lead to psychological and physiological conditions such as depression, eating disorders, addictions, digestive and sleep issues, hormonal problems, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, metabolic concerns and nervous system dysregulation due to high cortisol.
Trauma is defined as anything including adverse life experiences, that causes us to be overwhelmed at any time. Trauma stored within the body and mind acts as a predisposing risk factor for experiencing further overwhelm. Essentially, trauma leads to more trauma, creating a perpetuating cycle of disconnection.
